Hassib Sabbagh Information Technology Center of Excellence (HSITCE) is a non-profit organization that aims to develop the local community through the optimal use of information technology in the northern region of the West Bank. The center seeks to develop and enhance the role of information technology in civil society with distinguished experts and Contemporary methods.

Main Activities
1- Accelerate the adoption and use of technology in the local community.
2- Incubate innovative ideas through several stages for entrepreneurial projects.
3- Provide training in information technology through theoretical and practical courses to various groups of the local community.
